Welcome to our Buffet!

I am experimenting with a new element to the Reading
Restaurant this year. In addition to the wonderful fare offered by the students
here in the classroom, I would like to invite you to read and listen to the
students reading some of their writing online.

I encourage you to post a comment
when you are through. I will be walking about throughout our time together to
support you with this endeavor. You can also access this from home, and extended
family and friends can view, listen, and post a comment as well.

Thank you for your help in making
this possible!

Connor's Post!

Connor's Poems:

Clouds

Fluffy white clouds

Squishy, mushy clouds

Furry clouds, as fluffy as your pillow.

You just want to jump up and touch the clouds.

You just want to sleep on them.

Nature

Bugs, Ponds

Trees, Plants

Leaves, Berries

Thorns, Frogs

Footprints, Animals

Scat, Birds

Nests, Moss

Bark, Flowers, Dirt

Space

Saturn

Pluto

Amazing

Crater

Earth

Mud and Rain

When it rains, when it pours

All day long.

The squishy, mushy, yucky mud

Slips us down to the ground.

We just laugh and play all day long.
